'Ggae-Bi' is an official symbol of BiFan. The character was taken from the tra- ditional look of Korean monster with horns on its head. Two horns symbolize 'fantasticism' and 'romanticism' respectively, and are connected to the main theme of BiFan, 'Love, Fantasy and Adventure'. Blue and Red each were taken from the colors of round shape called 'Taegeuk' of Korean national flag. The gradation of these two colors represents magical imagination without boun- daries.
