This film begins as process of electing a new chairman of Triad. Lok and Big D are candidates who have different temper. Big D attempts to buy the election, but Lok is chosen as a chairman. Dismayed by the result, Big D tries to revenge however he stopped it when ex-chairman promised him for the next chairman. Though that peaceful time gave them amount of success, Lok gets rid of Big D, who threats his position.
