Haylar GARCIA
Born in 1971, Haylar Garcia is a writer and director from USA. He works in Los Angeles as a professional screenwriter for the ICM agency. He directed the award winning 2007 documentary Do it for Johnny(Depp), and has now taken steps into the narrative world with the debut of his social-horror feature film, An American Terror.
