Ben Wheatley's films, Down Terrace(2009), Kill List(2011), and Sightseers(2012), , have won numerous awards, received international critical acclaim and been theatrically released globally. Sightseers(2012), had its world premiere as part of Directors’ Fortnight at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival, and has gone on to play at Toronto, Melbourne, Sundance & Rotterdam film festivals. A Field In England is his fourth film.
